Terms and Conditions for The Physics Launch Pad

3. Tutoring Sessions

Tutoring sessions are scheduled according to mutually agreed-upon times and dates. Missed sessions, unless pre-approved, may not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Payment Terms

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of tutoring sessions must be made with 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy page.

All information shared during tutoring sessions is confidential and will be treated with the utmost respect. We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
